These Terms explain the rules for using our sites and the conditions for purchasing our services and products, in plain language. By using the sites or buying from us, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites or make a purchase.

The services are provided by Fábio Campos. These Terms apply to anyone who visits the sites, creates an account, or buys a service or product. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We offer, among other things: books, the Soul Reading, the Transformation Session, the Journey to the Superconscious (QHHT), the Academy, courses, and the Blueprint. The description, format, and price of each offer appear on the offer's own page and on the payment screen at the moment of purchase. We may create, change, or discontinue offers over time.
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your market, in euros or in Brazilian reais, and the final amount appears on the payment screen before you confirm. We serve two markets with prices calibrated to each reality, so the price in reais and the price in euros are set independently, and neither is a direct conversion of the other.

On international purchases, the amount may be converted and charged in your card's currency, as shown at checkout before you confirm.
We do not receive or store your card details. They are handled directly by these platforms.
Our operating entity is established in the Netherlands, so these Terms are governed by Dutch and European Union consumer law as the baseline.
Right of withdrawal (14 days): under EU distance-selling rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content (such as books and the Blueprint files) and for services that begin within that period, this right ends once delivery or performance starts, provided you gave your express consent to that at the time of purchase. For this reason, at the payment screen you confirm that you agree to immediate start and acknowledge that, from that point, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item.
If you are outside the EU: the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms removes a right that the law of your country grants you and does not allow to be waived. Purchases in Brazilian reais also follow Hotmart's refund flow.
Card disputes: regardless of what these Terms say, you can always dispute a charge with the bank that issued your card. In such cases, we may present the record of your acceptance and of delivery to the institution to clarify the transaction.
The specific rules for each offer are in section 6 and prevail over this general section whenever they are more favourable to you.
Books (digital): delivery is immediate. Because this is digital content delivered on the spot, the right of withdrawal ends when the download begins, as described in section 5.
Soul Reading and the Transformation Session: booking and payment happen in the same act, and the reservation is only confirmed once payment is made. If you miss a scheduled session, get in touch: we are glad to reschedule whenever possible.
Journey to the Superconscious (QHHT): a full refund is possible at any time before the session takes place. After it has taken place, there is no refund. The recording is delivered to you and deleted from our keeping once you confirm receipt. See section 7 on the use of the recording.
Academy (monthly subscription): you can cancel whenever you wish. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the monthly cycle already paid for, and at the end of that cycle billing stops and access to the gatherings and replays ends.
Courses: access is guaranteed for at least 6 months. We usually keep access for longer, but if a third-party platform goes offline for reasons beyond our control, we do our best to restore access, without being able to guarantee perpetual availability.
The Blueprint: delivery consists of your Blueprint files. A refund is possible before the files are delivered. The use and sharing of the Blueprint are described in section 8.
When an individual session is recorded, you receive the recording for personal use. You may keep it and, if you wish, share it freely, including publicly, as long as it is not for commercial purposes. What you may not do is sell it, charge for it, use it commercially, or present the recording in a way that suggests Fábio endorses a product, service, or third party. Using Fábio's name and image for commercial purposes requires written authorisation.
The content of the sites, the materials, and the working method (including Ignis Cordis) are owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use this content without our written authorisation.
The Blueprint is an exception made for you: because it is a document about your own life, you may share it freely and for free with whomever you wish. What no one may do, neither you nor whoever receives it, is resell it, charge for it, use it commercially, or use the method it contains to build a competing service.
Our services are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment, and they do not replace healthcare.
If you are going through a mental health crisis or an emergency, seek professional help or a local emergency service.
By using the sites, you agree not to attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, not to introduce malicious code, not to overload or attack the servers, and not to use the content in a way that violates these Terms or the law. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
We provide the services with care and dedication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses that do not arise directly from a failure on our part. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as liability for intent, for gross negligence, or for harm to physical integrity and health.
We may update these Terms when necessary. When that happens, we change the date at the top of the document. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Using the sites after an update means you agree to the version in force.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and the Dutch courts are competent for any dispute. This does not remove from you the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence: if you are in the European Union, the protections of EU consumer law apply; if you are elsewhere, the mandatory protections of your local law continue to apply.
